Learn to paint and explore the power of color, value, and form. Practice color mixing and the tools and mediums of painting, while developing compositions from colorful and varied still life. Painting in Oils & Acrylics – Suggesting Surface Ages: 13 & Up
Focus on painting techniques and observational skills needed to create sparkling, shiny, soft, rough and hairy surfaces found in nature. Through a series of step by step demos and still life exercises students will learn and practice painting clouds, grass, foliage and tree bark. Whether a beginner or advanced student, this class will increase your ability to express your own vision! Get materials list online and be ready to start painting at first class.
