Learn to paint and explore the power of color, values and form. Students will practice color mixing and the tools and mediums of oil painting, while developing compositions from colorful and varied still life. No prior experience necessary.

Curious about still life painting? Students will be encouraged through assignments and discussion to build their own still life compositions as personal exploration and a form of visual story telling. Expressionistic and realistic use of color will be explored, along with basic oil and acrylic painting skills. All supplies provided with fee. Ages 15 and up.
