It is that time again! I am excited to be a featured artist for my fourth annual Portland Open Studios tour this month, and I invite you to join me for an inside look at my latest work. The weather is still fantastic, so don’t miss this unique opportunity to get out of the house to visit the private work spaces of 100+ local artists in the Portland area and get up close and personal with the artists, their creative process and their work. We will have our studios open the 2nd and 3rd weekends of October (Oct. 13, 14, 20 and 21, 2012) from 10am – 5pm.
To take advantage of this special tour, purchase a $5 map and ticket good for two adults (children under 18 are free) and for all four days. Even better, a $15 Tour Guide includes the ticket, images of the artists’ work, a fold-out map, and a 2013 datebook.
Tour Guides can be purchased online at www.portlandopenstudios.com or are available at all New Seasons, and Muse, Collage, I’ve Been Framed, and Columbia Art, from participating artists and many other retail locations throughout the Portland metro area.
If you would rather navigate the tour from your smart phone, then the Portland Open Studios iPhone app is your best ticket option. The app includes studio navigation via Google Map, the ability to add notes for future reference and search artist by name or media. Go to the app store to get yours for only $9.99.

Hope to see you on the tour October 13, 14, and 20, 21, 10am-5pm!
